“I felt the need to chase constantly. I was never really given clear timescales and felt like this should have been done at the start via email. The whole 'release funds by end of next working day' I.e. if its a Friday it won't be done until Monday feels so dated. Do you not use faster payment? Staff I spoke to on phone were all nice, but some erros on their side caused the delays. I sent various forms of ID given my recent house move, and it seems some of it wasn't submitted. When they told me that they needed to see different proof of address they ended up using a document I had already sent via email but they hadn't passed over to finance. This experience has genuinely taken a lot of the excitement out of getting a new car.”

“Never again ..applied 4 weeks ago got accepted sent in relevant documents and never heard back from anyone again Definitely not recommend this company at all”

Dear Customer, we're sorry that you have been unhappy with our service. We take all feedback seriously and therefore have investigated your comments. We record all activity, including calls, for training and quality purposes and therefore can see that our advisor was unable to contact you on several occasions. Whilst you did eventually call us, you were unable to prove identity over the phone and so we could not progress with the call. After that, we agree that no further contact was made by us. “The main consultant i was dealing with was polite and helpful. Along with rest of team when he was not available. The process for refinancing my balloon payment was handled well, any anxiety i had was reduced. My repayments they have saved me £170 from what my previous repayments was. They was also able to reduced my APR which was a surprise when told. I will definitely be contacting my car credit in near future when im ready to buy my new vehicle.”
