“Easy to apply through clearscore but everything which involved human input was a mess. Wrongly advised regarding pick up of vehicle which cost me nearly £100 train fare and a day off work. When I complained and asked for my train fare to be refunded they even messed up the complaint I lodged, which needed to be resubmitted as an email (after 2 weeks of hearing nothing) before refusing to take any responsibility saying it was all my fault 🤬.”

“Car Credit were most helpful with the process of financing my car purchase. Admittedly there were a few issues with trying to find a suitable car and finding dealers that work with them. But it all worked out in the end and my next car arrives next week. My only thing would be to change is they list the dealers they work with. 1) Saves a lot of time and agro 2) losing out on cars you’ve found”

“If this company has one thing to be grateful for it’s their workers, all of which were more than happy to help with any questions at any time. The main reason I am writing this review is because of Connor.D… which couldn’t have made my experience any easier&stress free. A genuine guy that knows what he’s doing and should be given big praise as he went above and beyond for me! What a great employee! Coming from someone who expects high standard at work, he smashed it.”

“Overall my car credit have been extremely easy to work with very prompt and efficient. I have found it any simple to use it only complication I would say would be that you have to send your photographic ID and the app and what you do this can be very temperamental at times other than that the customer service is outstanding very approachable and very knowledgeable and I would definitely use the company again and recommend the company to find and family”
