Dear John, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We have looked further into your comments and can see that we contacted you promptly to progress your application. We requested an invoice from your dealer on the same day. However, it took several days for the invoice to be submitted to us, something outside of our control. We chased the missing paperwork on numerous occasions on your behalf whilst also keeping you updated on progress. In terms of the documentation, you will have been allowed to download this when you completed your digital signing. If you didn't do this at the time, you will need to contact your lender as we do not have access to your documentation. We hope this helps with resolving this final stage and hope you are now enjoying your new car. Kind regards, My Car Credit.
