“Follow up to recent review giving only 2 stars. That was unfair. As acknowledged in my review, the delay receiving my item was due to the Christmas holiday period and GPO strikes. The wrong item received was my fault not the companies. I did not read the description carefully enough. The company responded to my review offering to exchange the item but I can always use another key ring. Conclusion? Read descriptions properly, and expect delivery delays caused by GPO not the company. Company after care excellent. Would happily use this company again. Bryan”

“Took 3weeks to arrive. GPO partly responsible. Expecting to have trolley token included. No. Should have read the description more carefully. Waste of my money but mainly my fault for expecting too much. But how much extra would it have cost to include the token? Bryan”

Good morning Bryan, Thank you for your order however sorry to find out via the review, that you were expecting a trolley token to be included with the keyring purchased. With this particular product, there are two options available. The one you purchased was without the token at £1.54 (MD25) and the token option is £1.79 each (MD25-Coin). There is a section on the website for trolley token keyrings which maybe you didn't realise. Should you wish to return the keyring to us, we would be happy to exchange the product for you. Regarding the delivery timescale, the strikes by Royal Mail have impacted heavily on most items sent out by postal service and can only apologies for that. “Excellent Service After placing the order, received confirmation straightaway and order was dispatched next day. Slight delay in receiving, but this was only due to the Royal Mail Postal Strike.”
