“Follow up to recent review giving only 2 stars. That was unfair. As acknowledged in my review, the delay receiving my item was due to the Christmas holiday period and GPO strikes. The wrong item received was my fault not the companies. I did not read the description carefully enough. The company responded to my review offering to exchange the item but I can always use another key ring. Conclusion? Read descriptions properly, and expect delivery delays caused by GPO not the company. Company after care excellent. Would happily use this company again. Bryan”

“Excellent Service After placing the order, received confirmation straightaway and order was dispatched next day. Slight delay in receiving, but this was only due to the Royal Mail Postal Strike.”
