Good afternoon Judith, Many thanks for your order which was placed on Sunday and therefore despatched on our return to the warehouse by Royal Mail 1st class post. I have checked the tracking number in Royal Mail's Track and Trace and it is still showing as in transit. During these challenging times, I know that delivery timescales have been longer than normal so hopefully your order will appear in the next day or two. Good morning Bob, Many thanks for your order which I can confirm was despatched by Royal Mail 1st class postal service on the day of ordering. I have checked the Track and Trace website to see what the progress of the package is and it's saying that it was delivered the following day.
