Good morning Andre, Many thanks for your order and leaving us such great feedback. We don't have any plans at the moment to include a 45mm cutter in our cutter range as there aren't any products on the website which require this diameter of circle insert, however that's not to say that this won't change in the future. Good morning Glynis, Many thanks for your order however sorry to hear that you didn't receive any order confirmation which would have been sent from sales@my-accessories.co.uk once the payment process has been completed. I can confirm that as your order was placed on a Friday after our warehouse was closed, your items were sent on our return which was Monday 18th January, by Royal Mail 1st class post so I would expect you to receive it within the next day or two. The despatch notification may have gone to your spam/junk folder as it is raised automatically once the package has been processed in the warehouse system so you may want to search for order.update@blankproducts.co.uk in your emails to locate it. It will contain your parcel reference number and also have your VAT invoice attached in pdf format.
