Good morning Glynis, Many thanks for your order however sorry to hear that you didn't receive any order confirmation which would have been sent from sales@my-accessories.co.uk once the payment process has been completed. I can confirm that as your order was placed on a Friday after our warehouse was closed, your items were sent on our return which was Monday 18th January, by Royal Mail 1st class post so I would expect you to receive it within the next day or two. The despatch notification may have gone to your spam/junk folder as it is raised automatically once the package has been processed in the warehouse system so you may want to search for order.update@blankproducts.co.uk in your emails to locate it. It will contain your parcel reference number and also have your VAT invoice attached in pdf format.
