“I bought a set of 2 part insert coasters the other day although the inserts were missing when my order arrived but a quick email was all it took to get my order issue sorted which I am very pleased with and overall except for the mishap my purchse experience was excellent and so will be ordering from you again when I next need an item .”

I manage an e-commerce of end-of-party gadgets for children aged 1 to 12, I intend to place larger orders at your site, before proceeding I have a few questions for you: 1) Does the cost of customs clearance depend on the size of the package or is it a single fee? 2) How much does the shipping cost increase after? Do you have a table of costs in relation to the weight or number of pieces to be shipped? 3) Possibly in case of need with an additional cost, do you have the possibility to ship expressly within 24/48 hours?
