Good morning Cherry, Thank you for your order however sorry to hear that they were not compatible with your machine. It does state on the listing that the components are G Series and under the specification states that the Assembly Method is by using the G Series Machine. We have trialled our components in a variety of different manufacturers machines and unfortunately they have not been compatible. Most manufacturers make a small difference to the size of the components so it ensures that only their components can be used with their machines. Therefore, even though the finished size is the same, the components don't sit in the dies properly and therefore, failure rates are high and possible jamming occurs. I would strongly recommend that you use the components from the machine manufacturer to be used with the your machine to ensure that you make your badges successfully. This will save you a lot of time and money with ordering items that won't work. Kind regards Michelle My-Accessories.co.uk
