The product (square coasters) is great, My-accessories have excellent customer service (order received within 24hrs) and their prices are more than reasonable. Blank coasters are being sold on a famous auction site at £3.50 each and yet I purchased 10 for less than £10 from My-accessories.co.uk and they are no different. “All good . Good product, timely delivery . Just one small issue and i am not sure wether it s my fault or theirs. I ordered 26 keyrings and 26 lids , but on counting i found 1 lid short. i opened the packet in my home , but counted all in my office after 4 hours. So not sure, I wanna place another order for a bigger qntt. Hopefully they ll give me that extra lid. It s ok even if they dont . But overall the product is good . One advice about thius product. Once the lid is closed , it does nt open again , so it shud be mentioned clearly to be careful before finally closing the lid. I thought i cud change the labels whenever i wish, but it s not so. And hence now i am putting the labels with full care .”

Sorry to hear that there was a clear plastic insert missing when you came to make up the keyrings as appreciate this will deem one unable to be used. Therefore we will send out another one by 1st class post so should be with you in a day or two.
