“I am still waiting to receive my order. I do not have a Royal Mail tracking number to track the package.”

Good morning Peter. I'm sorry to see from your review, that your latest order has yet to arrive. This was despatched by your chosen service of Royal Mail 1st class, on the 7th December so would expect it to arrive any day now as know deliveries are slightly delayed due to the volume that Royal Mail is currently dealing with. On checking your account, I can see that previous orders have been sent by Next Working Day courier service which is why you would have received them so quickly. The parcel reference number is included in the order.update@blankproducts.co.uk email that you receive when the order is processed in the warehouse so if this has not been received, it maybe worth checking your spam/junk folder. I will contact you directly to forward your parcel reference number so you can check with your local delivery office to see if they are holding the parcel there due to a failed attempt to deliver. “Recently I purchased a few products, including Spring steel Split Ring keychain; in today's world it wouldn't have been a surprise if the finish was not smooth or, that the material was shoddy. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a product that had a nice steel finish and, of good quality. Also for hand fabricators its important to get good quality prices, but also of a fair price. I got both ! keep up the quality standards and the price as is ,and I will be back for more.”
