“Very fast service with good items at a reasonable price. Unfortunately they can't count, the box of 10 rulers only contains 9. The mistake was quickly corrected and the missing ruler was sent straight away.”

Good morning Barry Many thanks for your order however sorry to hear via your review, that unfortunately one of the items that you ordered, had a shortfall of one ruler. As this product comes packed to us in quantities of 10, it is not viable for us to check each pack individually and rely on the quality control checks that are carried out at the factory. I will therefore pass on your feedback to the manufacturer to ensure that each pack contains the correct amount. As you are the only person who has had this issue, it looks like it was a genuine oversite however can appreciate that it is annoying when you don't receive the quantity ordered. We do ask all of customers to check their order on receipt and contact us either via email at hello@my-accessories.co.uk or via the online chat, should there be any issues so they can be dealt with by return. “I've been buying 38mm badge components from My accessories via their site & ebay store for a number of years and have always been very happy with both the product and service. Super fast dispatch and delivery is especially great. BUT twice now the mylar has been a lot thicker and has an almost cloudiness to it which really effects the quality of the batches and adds a sheen to them. The first time I put it down to a bad batch and bought some additional mylar to use but this is the second time now.”

We send out thousands of these a week and haven't been made aware of any problems with them however I will get the warehouse to have a look at the current stock and see if they can identify the issue that you have mentioned and will come back to you directly. Good morning Les Many thanks for another order and continued custom with us and we take on board the comments made about the minimum order quantity on this product. The smaller quantities will return to the popular items that we sell so by the time you need to re-order, you should be able to order exactly the number you require. On this occassion, the actual cost per keyring was cheaper than previously paid despite the extra delivery charge as we discount the products so the more that you order, the cheaper they become, however we appreciate that the total outlay was more which is not always ideal. Good morning Cherry, Thank you for your order however sorry to hear that they were not compatible with your machine. It does state on the listing that the components are G Series and under the specification states that the Assembly Method is by using the G Series Machine. We have trialled our components in a variety of different manufacturers machines and unfortunately they have not been compatible. Most manufacturers make a small difference to the size of the components so it ensures that only their components can be used with their machines. Therefore, even though the finished size is the same, the components don't sit in the dies properly and therefore, failure rates are high and possible jamming occurs. I would strongly recommend that you use the components from the machine manufacturer to be used with the your machine to ensure that you make your badges successfully.
