“The quotations were very competitive but the Mustard application form did not appear to have a question regarding motoring offences. I chose a medium priced quote which was more competitive than my provider of ten years. I contacted my provider who reduced the price of their offering but not enough to match the quote I received via “Mustard”. I purchased my car insurance from the new provider. Two days later I received a letter from the new provider to say that due to providing incorrect information the premium was £119 higher, this included a £39.00 fee for reissuing my documents.”

“Thanks for helping me to get a low quote after my insurance wanted more for this year which I wasn't very happy with them because I hadn't used my car since the end of January because I had to have my third hip replacement and with lockdown I would of thought to keep my custom they would at least gave me a bit of discount”

“Very easy to use. Competitive quotes. Took out new policy with same insurer. Mustard quote was cheaper than my renewal for the same cover and a cheaper excess to boot!”
