“Your system provided incorrect information to the insurance provider, and they asked for £89 to rectify that information, although that information would not generally have any bearing on the price quoted. As a result, I cancelled my insurance with them, and got my car insurance sorted out from another provider, Of course they charged me >£80 for cancelling my insurance. I felt that the provider only cares about the money, not the customer or the service; very wrong indeed. Never again with Mustard.”

“Got me cheaper insurance but skippy debenhams and the vavusa or whatever they are called basically are tge same provider, and none of them accepted starling bank for payment, I had to use my partners, very hard to understand them”
