I was told a product was due in a week before Christmas and I didn’t receive it till nearly the end of January. It was a Christmas present.

Apologies your Duesenberg multibender took longer than expected to arrive, we can only go by the eta's the manufacturers give us, unfortunately hold-ups with customs and postal strikes are out of our control.
I bought a Fender player series Stratocaster from Andy at Musicstreet, paid the full asking price without question and was promised that the guitar would be professionally set up with new strings on. When unpacking the instrument it was plain to see that the guitar was not set up anywhere near professional standard, the strings were definitely not new and the guitar fretted out past the tenth fret making it impossible to play. I have since had to have it set up professionally myself at a cost of £55 which considering the work involved was a very fair price. All things considered, I feel as if I have been conned and will most definitely NOT be shopping at Musicstreet again. A very disgruntled Adrian Potter.

Dear Adrian, Sorry to see this. The second hand guitar in question was setup with new strings prior to being shipped, and then the strings will be slackened for transit, with an inspection card in strings, so this is unusual to hear. We have checked with all the staff, and no one here has heard from you regarding this issue - did you call to discuss with us? Usually if someone was this upset they would have contacted the company and ask for compensation, especially after the review has been raised 2 weeks after receiving the goods? Anyway, again apologies you are very disgruntled as this could have been resolved. Regards MusicStreet
I think that a seller should at least do their research on tying up serial numbers and certificates. Clearly some of the claimed specification is not true when looking at the guitar.

Rather sad that I had poor experience this time. Great shop not providing service of standard I've had before. Took in a Burns for restringing and setting up as it wouldn't stay in tune. Operative rang me same day to say it was done and he played it in. Had he though? If he had his standards are lower than mine. Took it back and he had another go at it after telling me how good he was. Still not as good as the various Fenders etc his colleagues have done for me which have all been excellent. Don't drag the standards down mate, it has been a really great shop with high standards of service but not this time.

The Line6 G10 product arrived faulty. It was a reconditioned product. Delivery speed was excellent, packaging very good...however none of this counts if the product has not been QC'd before sending out. Sadly this is only the second time I've ordered online and both times there has been quality issues (the first time was on an unplayable £2.5k guitar). It's a great store, top staff, I will keep trying. But please check the quality before sending out :-(

Apologies you've still not had this Liam, unfortunately Royal Mail have been slow in some areas during the pandemic.. we do make sure that items are sent same day first class
Surprised to get this feedback request given second failed delivery in two days - despite being in all day. Appreciated call to reschedule after first no show but DPD is letting you down

Apologies you didn't receive your saddles on the day expected, we always send out in stock items same day If the order is in before 1pm.. unfortunately sometimes for unknown reasons the courier lets us down but it is out of our control. DPD are the most reliable out of all of them we've tried.
Unfortunately promised delivery yesterday.... Still waiting.
