“Ordered at 9:00am on a Friday and the guitar and amp were with me by 10:00am on the Saturday. Well packed, set up properly. Very impressed. They aren’t just sending guitars straight from a warehouse without inspection and set up. Thank you.”

“I have been trying to buy this guitar since October 2019. Two major companies failed to deliver. One of those companies made me wait 10 months before telling me that they couldn't supply the guitar. Music-street were the only company to deliver what they promised. Music-street have a very easy to use website and as a seasoned musician, I am very impressed with the service. The Guitar was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I can highly recommend Music-street. 5 Stars”

Hi Graham, unfortunately we had no choice but to use a courier for most items during the pandemic as Royal Mail were losing goods far to frequently. we do actually get charge £9.50 so we subsidise the carriage a little for customers

“Recibida en perfectas condiciones y muy bien empaquetada una guitarra Eastman SB54/v. Guitarrón, comparable en calidad de construcción y componentes a una Gibson Custom Shop. Estoy en una nube, suena y se toca de fábula. Estéticamente me encanta el acabado tan personal propio de la marca, aunque en este caso es algo muy subjetivo.”

“I am so happy with this place. First I ordered the same item from gear4music which was a massive waste of time and i will never use them again. They made me wait a week and then emailed me to say it will take a further 2 weeks. So i told them to get bent and luckily found music street. Wish i had found music street first, its cheaper too! My item arrived 2 days after I ordered, absolutely fantastic just perfectly smooth. Thanks so much. I never give reviews but after being SO disappointed by gear4music and Thomann I am so happy with music street!!! Cheers musicstreet, big up, love from KIYANI”

“Placed an order for a Prs se standard 24 which arrived within 5 days despite placing my order over a bank holiday weekend. Prompt delivery in the allotted time, guitar came in a well packed box. Gig bag and guitar inside, loved the gig bag with tools and accessories in the pockets. The guitar was in excellent condition, I did need to adjust the low action but after that we were good to go.”

“Great service, Andy delivered my new APX600 by hand to my door in time for Christmas. The guitar sounds lovely with or without the electronics and has a solid well made feel to it. Add to that the glorious iridescent bluey green finish which makes it a very eye catching beautiful instrument. Fantastic value for the money. Best Christmas present ever!”
