“Where music Street scores is that apart from selling great instruments they have a service that's second to none. When you buy on line it's very comforting to know that the company you are dealing with put's 'Customer satisfaction' first, you feel more like you are dealing with a friend than a faceless company. I have bought quite a few guitars from Music Street and have always been impressed with the great service, so if you want the best, go to the best, go to Music Street that's my advice.”

“I ordered some strings and strap locks and got the chrome ones as they were a few pounds cheaper than the gold ones (which I wanted). I received an email saying when he went to pick them, the chrome ones were out of stock and would I take the gold ones instead. I happily agreed saying if they were same price I would take them. 2 days later my strings and gold strap locks are fitted to my Les Paul and they compliment the guitar superbly. Will definitely use these lovely people again. Justin”

“These days when so much is bought sight unseen over the Internet from the large retailers being able to find a local knowledgeable independent shop selling quality high end products is quite a task. I'm lucky that Tony, Andy and the team are nearby and they're always my first port of call. They'll cover online prices but also ensure that when you walk out the door with an amp, guitar, book, or strap you've received a quality service to go with it. I'll no doubt be back soon for my next purchase.”

“I purchased a Les Paul from Tony in 2012 and could not be happier. While in the shop I had just about every guitar down to try out through a variety of amps, there was no pressure just help and advice when needed. The after sales service I received from Tony was second to none nothing was too much trouble and that remains the case to this day. As you can probably guess I cannot recommend Music Street highly enough they are my first port of call for all my musical requirements and long may it continue.”
