“Spoke to Andy at Musicstreet via the chat screen whilst Looking at a used fender telecaster. Photos were fantastic so after a couple of questions asked Andy if he'd accept an offer. The guitar was being sold by a private collector and he told me he'd call back later. He did, as promised and I bought the guitar. We had a long chat about music, guitars and kids, he was a very open genuine kind of chap and this was a big part of why I bought the guitar without playing or seeing it first. It arrived the next working day very well packed and, as Andy had said, in immaculate condition along with a load of strings and picks he very generously added to the case. The whole thing was easy and reassuring with updates made constantly during the process. Thanks Andy and all the folks at Musicstreet........I doubt it will be the last time we talk.......there's no such thing as too many guitars! Nick.”

“I found a particular guitar I was after being sold by Musicstreet and contacted them immediately via their excellent online chat facility. From the very beginning they were always available on the chat line - and I mean always even out of hours and I was never kept waiting at any point when wishing to find something out. This was a very pleasant surprise and just highlights how 'on the ball' their service is. I paid a deposit by PayPal and they rang me at our agreed time to finalise the deal. From there delivery was a dream, the item its packaging and the courier service were excellent. I have dealt with other guitar shops but have 'the has such good services anyehere else. I would single out Andy for his excellent service and attitude but the other guys I spoke to were excellent too. I would sincerely recommend Musicstreet to anyone buying musical gear.”

“In the past I have had some bad deals buying on line, not so with 'Musicstreet'. I saw a second-hand guitar on their site that I was interested in and thought I would give them a phone and suss it out. I was told what the guitar was like, how it played, and a detailed description, every question I put was answered to my satisfaction so I bought. When the guitar arrived it was even better than I hoped it would be, to say that I am a 'happy bunny' with my purchase would be an understatement. So if you are in the market for a guitar give them a try, great service, great value, and great guitars, who could ask for more?”

“I recently discovered Musicstreet in Huntingdon after years of dealing with a range of other music retailers. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! It is a delight to visit their shop and experience friendly, knowledgeable and patient service with folk happy to chat and share enthusiasm for music, instruments and gear. They even sorted a problem with a faulty guitar case I purchased from another retailer! Their advice on a suitable amplifier proved spot on and I am delighted with my purchase. “By far the most stress-free and enjoyable guitar purchase I ever made! Went to Musicstreet in Huntingdon looking for a Maton EBG808TE and though they sold out of the model, the staff went our of their way to ensure I got exactly what I wanted, even offering to open the store for me (outside of business hours) to pick up the guitar when it arrived. Outstanding customer service, attentive and knowledgeable staff, great selections of guitars, bright and welcoming atmosphere and most importantly, got my Maton at a very competitive price. A special shout out to Andy who made this experience an unforgettable one. I'll be coming to your store for my guitar needs in the future!”

Andy was very helpful and gave me a good over view of the product (a Fender P bass) Living on the Isle of Man I can't just drop by the shop for a demo so his knowledge was a big help. The shipping was well packed with no damage even on the box and it only too 2 days to get here from purchase, which is close to a miracle given my location. “Having made a few small purchases from Music Street in the past and having known Tony since his days at Machinehead in Hitchen, I decide that I would give him + Music Street a try when it came time to make a special purchase. I'd considered for a while about buying a Gibson Les Paul and seeing that they had a couple of nice looking ones in the shop I ventured in, only to face disappointment, as one had already been sold and the other was a little out of my reach price wise. Imagine what a nice surprise when Tony said "I have one that I don't play much, do you want to try it?" I took one look and fell in love, we did the deal, I can honestly say that I haven't felt as happy with a guitar as this one in years, it's just amazing !!! “Delivery was prompt and satisfactory. The only downside was SG Future I ordered didn't have the gearless tuners as described on the web page which was initially disappointing, however Musicstreet were curtious and mailed the correct machine heads without quibbling. The action on the guitar was high but not an issue as I service guitars anyway. Overall MusicStreet take their reputation seriously and I would recommend and use them again on merit of their customer service.”
