“Was not sure about using online to purchase a guitar because I've heard so many people receiving damaged goods. The APX600 -Black was delivered by your courier at the time stated & the packing by Musicstreet was prefect to prevent any damage. Starting to get to grips with the guitar as I usually play a Fender Stratocaster. I have already been asked where I got it from, so your name & web site are in the minds of my friends”

“My order arrived the next day, even during the coronavirus pandemic, and was extremely well packed for delivery. Very, very secure box for protection of the instrument in transit, which is a signature Mike Stern model that looks fantastic and plays beautifully, I really love it. I would definitely recommend this music shop for a purchase, and would like to see some of the other makes of guitar they have for sale for real when all of this lockdown mess is over. One of the best buying experiences I’ve had from a music shop online. Very highly recommend this music store and the models they stock, really worth a look.”

“Superb service - queried availability an out of stock item and was given a lengthy (but by no means unreasonable, given the circumstances) lead timeframe for delivery from the supplier. A few weeks later, Music Street contacted me back to advise that they’d been able to secure an earlier shipment, and if I was still interested they would be able to get one out to me within a week. It’s a pretty common, high-demand item so there was no reason for them to necessarily come back to me or remember a one-off query about something unusual. Placed the order at a fantastic price, and everything arrived safely inside three working days - inside even the revised delivery estimate they gave me before ordering. Great communication throughout, and excellent service.”

“Really really good. Ordered on a Saturday evening and arrived on the Tuesday. Guitar and amp was really well packaged and secure in a strong cardboard box with lots of padding. Also Music Street check the guitars before sending them out. I couldn't find many other sites that made this promise. Price competitive for both items too so I highly recommend this seller.
