“First time I have bought from Music Street and what a pleasant experience it was! I talked with Tim who ensured that the guitar I bought was set up and sent out for next-day delivery despite me placing the order around 1pm on Thursday. The guitar arrived just after 9am on Friday - in time for me to play it over the weekend. Excellent service and highly recommend them!”

“My conversation with a member of the showroom staff was really helpful prior to ordering my guitar. The online ordering process was quick and easy and the dispatch of the guitar was very quick and I was kept well informed....full marks to Musicstreet. The whole process was tainted however by the delivery company who failed to deliver on two consecutive days and on the third day left my guitar leaning against a field gate 150 yards from my home and 20 yards from a busy road! made all the more frustrating when I understood that the parcel could not be left in a safe place if I had been out.”
