“To be honest, very good just isn't good enough to rate Music Street. The customer service I received was exceptional to say the least! I had an issue with my guitar, which was no fault of theirs, and they completely sorted it, no questions asked. I even got to keep the guitar until the new one was ready. Everyone I had contact with couldn't have been more helpful.”

“Bottom line: these guys are amazing and based on my experience I wouldn’t shop for a new guitar anywhere else. On a bright summers day last August, I took my ‘81 Gibson spirit and my ‘79 ibanez cn200 to see if I could trade them in against my dream guitar- a PRS custom 24. Both guitars had served me well but just weren’t me and I wanted to really make sure I got it right this time. Music street treated me like a king! Nothing was too much, I play tested to my hearts content, got made a very nice cup of coffee and was left in peace to think and decide (for a good couple of hours!). They gave me a very fair price on my guitars against an amazing 2nd hand quilt top PRS I never thought I’d be able to own. Now i weep tears of joy every time I play it. Musicstreet will make you cry, in a good way, and you’ll love it. Go there, get the instrument of your dreams, be happy.”

“Fantastic shop, in went in looking for a 22 fret semi hollow PRS. I tried some amazing guitars. When I made a comment about the action on one guitar, they adjusted it there and then! This made comparing guitars so much easier, also all the guitars were in good condition (no grotty old strings) which reflects the shop’s ethos. I was there hours trying to decide and David was so patient, and in no way tried to hassle me into a sale. I have never experienced such brilliant service in any other guitar shop. I ended up buying a guitar that is so right for me. It’s definitely worth a long drive if you’re definitely after buying a guitar. Shops like this are little jewels in an otherwise increasingly dull and generic high street.”

“It's always a good sign when you go to a guitar shop and try out a few instruments, across a range of budgets and ALL of them are well set up. I bought one, and a replacement pickup for it which they were happy to solder in FOC. While the strings were off, without having to be asked, they did a fret polish and again optimised the setup exactly to my tastes. Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and attentive but were never pushy or bothersome. Exactly what the customer experience should be in a guitar store. Price I paid was competitive too.”
