“One is always a bit apprehensive about buying an instrument, particularly a second hand one, unseen over the telephone! Luckily I needn't have worried. Having seen the guitar I rang the shop and spoke to Tim, who did an excellent job of critiquing the guitar and pointing out all the blemishes. A very accurate and fair assessment. The delivery was good too, I ordered Saturday so it didn't arrive till Tuesday, so that counts as overnight delivery really. It was well packed and arrived within the 1 hour time slot promised. Very good service all round and highly recommended!”
