“A fantastic buying experience from start to finish: the guys are incredible knowledgeable and offer first class customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, we were given all the time we need ed (literally hours!) to try their large range of guitars in order to find the best one - narrowing it down was the hard part. Best guitar shop I've been to, and I've been to many. Thank you!”

“Great Service, they really go the extra mile. Staff are super helpful and friendly as it gets. I was only buying a £500 second hand guitar but was treated like royalty. I am planning to use these guys again. Also the guitar came set up, which is a massive bonus, its the best playing guitar i own.”

“Just purchased an Eastman SB59 in Goldburst. As usual outstanding service levels by Tony and David. Nothing is to much trouble. Fantastic shop run on old school values of customer service first. A must visit for a Guitar/Bass player, fan, or even a (hack like me). If you can play like Jimmy P or Jimmy Cricket there’s always a warm welcome.”

“It is always a pleasure to chat with all those in Music Street - such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and it is great to just be able to wander round looking at the vast range of stock they hold without being pressurised. They really do provide a reliable service and give honest advice and we have been regular customers for some 14 years which speaks for itself. The assistance received from, in particular, Tony and Andy during my recent purchase of a Roland V drum kit was stunning including a very good part exchange deal on my acoustic kit and the fact that they delivered and installed the new set was just the cherry on the icing (well done Andy as too technical for me!). I would highly recommend them to both experienced musicians and those starting out on the journey. Keep up the good work guys, thanks a lot and no doubt see you soon.”
