“Excellent all round. Quick chat about ordering a guitar in; upfront about timescales; good price; option to have guitar set up with strings of choice. Others had the guitar in stock, but Musicstreet had a good price and were pleasant to speak with. In the end, the guitar came 4 months early from the factory. Was a pleasant surprise to get the notification that it was about to ship and the guitar arrived the next day. Guitar has had a once over. I’ve bought guitars from other places that claim to check guitars prior to sale, but only Musicstreet and one other place seem to have delivered in that regard. Guitar came with Musicstreet’s quality checklist slipped beneath the strings, which was signed by the staff member who gave it the once over. Guitar plays great so has probably been given a standard setup too. I didn’t make any special request for a setup as its something I normally do myself, but there was the option to make requests during the order process and to choose the strings you preferred. Anyway, really appreciate them taking care of the guitar like that and it’s good to know they’re not box shifters like many other shops are. I’ve bought from most of the guitar shops with an online presence, but my Musicstreet experience has been top drawer. Currently paring down my guitar collection and going through a process of replacing several guitars with one better one. Jazzmaster sorted and I’ll undoubtedly be back to Musicstreet once I’ve shifted on some of my Teles and Jags. I’m a Fender person, but I’ve also noted that Musicstreet stock some high quality guitars from some of the smaller brands, so they seem to really know their stuff too.”

“After placing my order, my new guitar arrived within about 3 days. On delivery I noticed there was some slight damage to the saddle. I suspected that the guitar was sent out like this. I contacted Music Street and they stated that it would not have been sent out in this condition and that it must have happened in transit. However, they were very good and sent me a new saddle really quickly. Anyway, all is good now and I am very happy with my new guitar and Music Street's service.”

“I called Musicstreet prior to deciding my purchase with a bunch of questions. They were extremely helpful & knowledgeable & answered the phone immediately without pressing 1 for this & 2 for that. Their price for my PRS SE Custom vintage burst was the best I found. They delivered the guitar to me the very next day. They included their pre shipping checklist & my guitar was set up to my complete satisfaction. The shipping was free & unlike my local guitar store they didn't charge me import duty. I can recommend the PRS SE Custom guitar & highly recommend Musicstreet.”

“This is a proper guitar shop, like the good old days. An incredible selection of more esoteric guitars and amps, beautifully displayed in a fairly compact but extremely well-stocked space. Easy to find and with good parking. The staff are friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit.”
