“Ive bought a few things from Musicstreet over the last couple of years. Couple of guitars, amp and all the "bits and pieces" that we all seem to need. The staff there are just brilliant, there all musicians running a fantastic music shop!!!! They are prepared to spend the time with there customers to advise, demo, and make sure the customer walks away with exactly the right product for them. Its always a pleasure just to "drop in" for a social visit and hear some great guitar playing from Mr Joel Mason......who by the way makes a mean cup of coffee!!!! All up you aint gona find a better music shop anywhere!!! FACT!!!! Come on Tony......we need ya back man!!!!!!”

“This shop ticks all the boxes. Expert, un-biased advice, a great selection of instruments at great prices and customer service that goes above and beyond. The guys that own and run this shop are great without exception. You are always made to feel welcome whether your spending £10 or £10,000 and there is always a cup of tea or coffee on the go. All their guitars are professionally set up and I've never had to take anything back that wasn't right. They also carry a good selection of high quality 2nd hand instruments and are always happy to do a part exchange deal against a new instrument. They also have great knowledge, skills and advice when it comes to repairs and alterations. They recently upgraded a 20 year old PRS for me and hand delivered it back to me at home the same day I took it in. You can't get any better than that. I would happily recommend Music Street to anyone looking for a new (or old) guitar or bass.”

“Saw a fantastic deal online which I snapped up. The next morning I got a call first thing asking me how I would like the guitar set up and what guage strings I prefer. Considering I had already parted with my money and they had no reason to try to sweeten the real I'd say that's fantastic customer service. I received the guitar the following day and love it. Definitely a recommended guitar store for me from now on.”

“All three guys I've dealt with (Tony, Adam and Tim) go above and beyond the call of duty. They set the guitars up perfectly and pay a lot of attention to detail. They respond to queries immediately and do everything they can to help. I honestly cannot recommend them enough and I'll certainly always go to these guys first for future purchases. Tip: They are based 15 mins from PRS UK. So they can get in fast to get first dibs on new models - meaning you'll likely get the best quality and best looking PRS (with the prettiest bookmatching) in the country.”
