“Instrument was well packed and in perfect conditio, and music street had done a basic and very usable setup on the guitare. They also shipped it on the first business day after ordering it on a Saturday. If I could offer one suggestion, please mention to new customers that UPS needs a validation of the customer social security number or Tax ID number on behalf of US Customs, and to check email for a message from UPS with a link. I received a day late becuase I hadn't seen that email and had not verfied the SS number, but Music street was fast responding when i called to ask what it was, and UPS had it out almost immediately after receiving the vefificaiton. Other than that, this was a great and very easy experience with Music Street, and the guitar was in perfect brand new condition. No marks, no demo scuffs, straight neck, nice setup up, will definitely buy aother from them. They also seem to have some of the less common Duesenberg Guitars I'm looking for.”

“Distribution delays from their supplier took quite a long time, but they explained fully the reasons and were very communicative when I requested an update of my order. The items I requested were very minor in guitar string lubricant and a guitar spanner. Musicstreet were most helpful and understanding and quick in answering my all my emails. I would recommend them and use them again should I require further items.”

“Started with helpful advise online prior to purchase of squier guitar for son's Xmas present. Communication was excellent after that and when I arranged to collect from the store it was ready for me behind the counter when I arrived. Build quality , sound and fretwork are all first class. The Yamaha SG1802 is a great guitar better than equivalent price Gibson in every way. Thanks for your excellent service and great price .
