“Excellent service from start to finish. I recently purchased a used Taylor guitar, it was an expensive purchase for something I hadn’t seen and I was somewhat apprehensive. The guy I spoke to on the phone was well informed, honest and not at all pushy, if anything, he understated the condition of the guitar. They put it through their workshop and the tech called me to ask what strings I’d like fitted (foc). Guitar arrived in mint condition and I couldn’t be happier.”

“This is a fantastic guitar shop. The selection of instruments is first rate, from budget guitars up to many high-end instruments. I was interested in a Patrick James Eggle guitar, which I’d seen online and I knew to be in stock. I asked to try it and was left well alone to get to know the guitar. When I commented on the action, which was a little higher than I usually prefer, the guy helping me out was only to happy to do a quick set up before allowing me to carry on playing. I can’t recommend this place enough. I eventually went back after a couple of hours of thinking things over and bought the guitar. I’m so glad I did. Before I left the store they happily changed the strings from 10s to 9s and adjusted the neck relief accordingly. Many shops I’ve bought from in the past wouldn’t bother doing that. Thank you, guys.”
