“The whole experience wasn't to bad,,I just think that you should update and clearly state the whole process..as it is advertised as fast 48hr process and same-day payout,which is clearly not the case..mine took 5 working days and a weekend.”

“Used music magpie to sell a few CD’s! Although I received no tracking from the collection people, the customer service people at music magpie were able to find my cds and quickly made a payment. If you have time to kill and some things kicking around you don’t want, I would definitely recommend this service”

“Straightforward service, quick payment, easy instructions. Only thing I disliked was the new Royal Mail barcode service. It felt a bit odd putting a phone in a box with no shipment note or label until the post office labelled it”

“Sold my iphone xr to music magpie. The transaction was easy as was posting it. Slight problem with them paying me for some reason; however, this was soon rectified. I would have given 5 stars but there is no way to speak to an advisor on the phone. The company says 'to assist our customers we have ceased using the phone's or words similar. Maybe I'm a bit of a dinosaur but when there is a problem it's nice sort it out over the phone. Overall they did exactly what they said and were very efficient. Thank you”
