“Set galaxy note 9, was told phone had screen burn and so offer was reduced by £150. Regected new offer, and upon examining phone screen burn turned out to be a fingerprint. I suspect this was a scam to get the phone cheap, will not use musicmagpie again, and I’ve been a customer for 5 years.”
