The prices offered by Music Magpie are much lower than rival companies when selling electronics. However, you can obtain some games for bargain prices and so far, all my purchases have worked well.

Great service when buying stuff but problem when selling stuff to them still got an order ongoing 3 weeks later with mixed messages being received from them if they have actually got it or not When chased up with them no real answer and same questions asked which were replied to with all info requested for them to look into 3 weeks later still no further forward and still about £70 out of pocket despite 'complaint' emails being sent to them 4 stars for buying service but due to poor selling and customer service then only 2 stars Happy buyer but unhappy seller

Hello Andy, We're sorry to learn your experience was not positive. Having looked into your orders we can see a courier claim was put in and you have since been paid for both orders. Kind regards, mM CS

I ordered a refurbished iPhone thinking it was a really good price. Before ordering I changed my account address to my new one which then appeared on the order confirmation. I then received a shipping confirmation stating it was being sent to my old address. After two weeks of virtually daily conversations with MM it eventually arrived at the right place. In the meantime I bought a case, glass and Pay as You Go SIM After struggling to set up the phone found the keys were not responding and it was suffering from the so called 'touch disease' whereby the chip becomes separated from the board (a common fault with the I-Phone 6). After contacting MM again they were quick to send me a returns label and admitted that the phone hadn't been checked before sending it out. I was also instructed to wipe it clean first but owing to the problem, ended up taking into an Apple store before to do this before i could send it back. After hours chasing delivery and then the hassle sending it back, I am now without a phone and haven't been able to find an equivalent replacement for the same price. Other than the full refund, MM have not offered any compensation in the way of a credit for the inconvenience caused and their sales support staff appear a complete waste of time... unable to provide correct information or make a decision. Buyer Beware!

This company is just TERRIBLE to get in touch with. Granted, they are pretty cheap, and if all goes well, you will be quite happy...But if something wrong then forget it. I bought five items from them on ebay. 2 were as advertised, 1 was a completely different version, and two flat-out didn't work. The state of one of the disks was a disgrace, with several large scratches clearly visible. Emailed = no reply, emailed again = no reply, ebay messaged = no reply, phoned = stuck on hold...for ten minutes...no reply. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. I sell on ebay sometimes, and if I acted in this way, I would rightly suffer for it. They sell 100,00+ items a month so the bad feedback just fades into the background, but if you look you will see the same thing - Terrible, terrible customer service if anything goes wrong. I have now learned my lesson. Disregard MM items from your searches because no matter how cheap they are, they are not worth the hassle if something goes wrong.

I sent my iphone 6 plus in as they offered £250 for it. Zero problems until they said it was still locked. I followed the email which would help me take the phone off my icloud account and contacted Vodafone to unlock it. After doing all this I had not heard from them for 10 days. I contact them and they came up with some rubbish about how busy they have been. The next day I receive an email saying its still locked. I sent them the email from Vodafone plus a screen shot of the icloud account to clearly show them its all sorted. 4 days later still not heard anything. Email them and phone them. The answer is still the same ( still locked ) so I ask them to send it back to me so I can check and sell somewhere else. Now I have to wait 4-7 days for them to return it to me. Not worth the Hassel
