“Used Music Magpie to sell my iPad. Delayed payment due to leaving iPad locked. Once unlocked the payment took about 4 days.”

“Now I've downloaded the app, its really easy to scan the barcodes for sending to Music Magpie. The Hermes driver didn't arrive on the day booked, so I had to re-book but he did turn up the second time. Once my items were received. payment was made very swiftly. Will definitely use Music Magpie again as a fast and simple way of clearing books and dvds and making a bit of money too!”

“I thought the service was excellent, although I thought the price’s given for my books was less than they were really worth. The only down fall was having to wait in all day for the pick and the man not turning up , so ending to arrange another pick and stay in another day. My time is precious and a little annoyed with the poor pick up service”

“A very easy way to sell items. I don’t know if I missed some information but I didn’t see anything saying that once you receive the items from me that you would then email me which you did to say the items had arrived safely”

“The web site and the whole process is easy to use and the communication when you try and sell anything is excellent. The only minor niggle is That I do not think deleting items in your selling basket is very intuitive. Overall very good though”

“Good service, however was slightly displeased at the fact they state on their website that they pay out the day they receive the goods however that's not strictly true they received my phone last Thursday but didn't pay out till monday, as long as your not desperate for money I would highly recommend”
