“delivery and customer service was excellent and super fast. i got the beaded chain moon necklace. its packaged very well. only complaints i have is that the quality of the necklace does feel quite cheap however i suppose it will be durable and wear well and the necklace seems slightly smaller than the image. in honesty for £62 i was expecting better quality”

“The parcel arrived very quickly, and the packaging of the jewellery was very beautiful. I ordered a necklace and although in the beginning it was nice and shiny, after a few weeks it lost all its shine and now it looks like an old vintage necklace. I understand that the rhodium plating is there to protect the silver from tarnishing, but I have to admit that even though rhodium is also a precious metal, it doesn’t give that shiny look of sterling silver.”

“I purchased a double chain with t-bar fasten in Nov 24. Slightly more delicate than illustrated, which explains why one chain came away from its fastening after only 3hours of wearing. Currently in jewellers getting repaired. Disappointed.”

“My Muru necklace arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged I loved the necklace but noticed the disc was a bit squint and the satellite chain was very black looks more like steel than sterling silver as it is a personalised piece of jewellery I can not return the item”

“The pendants are lovely on my necklace and bracelet. Unfortunately the chains are a strange dull, grey colour as though tarnished. I’ve changed the chains and they look much nicer. Earrings are lovely. I did contact Muru and was told to send photos. In the end I left it because I doubted the outcome would change anything, it’s just a dull silver which doesn’t match my other jewellery.”

Our choker sizes are 14-inches but as everyone's different and neck sizes vary, this size may not be suitable for everyone so we always recommend measuring the length before purchasing online. We use the same size pendant in the photos as the one you have received and make sure to include a photo of the necklace on the model for scale. All of our dimensions are also listed in the product description (Pendant: 14mm x 22mm, Chain Width: 1mm). If the necklace is not suitable, you can return it to us for a full refund.
