“From the moment I placed my order with Muru they could not have been more helpful. I had a question which answered immediately. Through own stupidity I had left ordering the gift I needed to the last minute and missed the next day delivery slot by half an hour. I contacted Muru and told them of my predicament and they pulled out all the stops so hopefully my purchase would arrive on time, which it did. The quality of the jewellery is very good and the description and photos look exactly like the product. “I wanted to purchase one of the constellation necklaces for my daughters 21st birthday in her late fathers star sign. Unfortunately it had been out of stock for quite a while, I emailed to see if and when it would be back in stock and received a reply from Ruby within minutes to say it was now in stock. I ordered the necklace straight away (Monday) and it arrived on the Wednesday. The service was fantastic, prompt and personal. Ruby explained that the necklace came with a star sign card and that they could put one in of my daughters if I wanted. I'd already ordered at this point so hadn't asked for the extra card, however when it arrived Ruby had included both starsign cards and a hand written note to say they had. The service was simply brilliant and they, Ruby, went over and above with their service. I will definitely reccomend their jewellery to friends & family. Thank you so much, my daughter will love this necklace!!”
