Good company to deal with ,very efficient! But £ 100 for a small wooden castle probably wouldn’t encourage me to use you again!

With regards your comment about the price of the castle, the item itself is not small and does contain a fair amount of complicated components, all of which are manufactured from wood - much like a doll's house. Furthermore, the item included a set of knights - for added play value - and came to you with free delivery. It arrived on time and well packed. Looks value for money. Less packing might have meant less postage as that adds to cost of not so expensive toy.

Order was promptly despatched and delivered. However, as a resident of Northern Ireland I was charged p&p on my order which totalled over £100. Last time I looked N.I. remains a part of the UK. Hence the three star rating.

Correspondence cards are fine but sold out of cream envelopes so have to wait 2 weeks to use.Not a good look.

Although the doll was very pretty the cIothes were too tight to be taken off easily by a small child, which was a bit unfortunate, because that’s the reason I bought them.

I recently ordered a ‘frog in a box’ manufactured by Galt. While the shopping experience and delivery were fine, I was disappointed with the product itself as I found at nearly £30 the item pricey for what it was, hence I have returned it. Images show the product next to a child much larger in the photos than it actually is and the frog jumping out of the box, to be much higher in the photos than in reality. Sorry as I wanted to diversify from shopping with Amazon! Also, customers pay for returns - which I understand but is a nuisance!

Dear Customer, sorry to hear you were disappointed with this item. The product description on our website does provide the dimensions for this item, but we accept that with the lid up (as pictured) it is harder to judge the height when compared with a young child. I couldn't log into my account as I had forgotten my password, however, the email to reset my password never came through, even though I had tried 3 times. The product arrived promptly, however when ordering on the website, I didn't see anywhere I could use the free delivery code I was given and the transaction was completed quite quickly. However on phoning customer service, I was told they couldn't amend or cancel my order as they were closing the office in 15 minutes. I was asked to ring the following day, but before I could I noticed that my order had already been despatched. I have always had good quality items from Mulberry, but I'm not impressed with the customer service nor the way the website is handling customers.

Dear Customer, Thanks for your review the various comments you've made. Let me reply to them one at a time: - Password recovery. Looking back over your previous orders you have always previously checked out as a Guest, meaning you didn't previously have an account. So there was no password to recover, and hence no email was sent to you. Following your comments we have made a change to our website to make this clearer to customers - thank you for drawing this to our attention. - Delivery. Good to hear your order arrived quickly. We don't currently have any free delivery codes but when there are any discount codes these can be entered in the Basket page just prior to checkout. - Interaction with our Customer Service team. Sorry to hear about the experience you had when you 'phoned. I have spoken with the team that you spoke to that evening and they have advised that they were unable to help - it wasn't they were unwilling to help. Looking at the timings of when you placed your order, it looks like you must have phoned immediately after completing payment, and at that point your order hadn't appeared in our back office system - so it wasn't there for us to look over with you. I'm sorry, we perhaps should have been clearer with how we explained this to you. Thanks again for your feedback, I hope this answers your various points Best wishes Mulberry Bush

I ordered a poppy rag doll for my nieces first birthday. Prompt delivery and a cute little doll. I opted for this to be gift wrapped. I was very disappointed with the gift wrapping! Paper more suitable for a boy, poorly wrapped I expected this to be perfect. I unwrapped & wrapped better myself. £3.00 paid to gift wrap, barely a sheet of paper and not neatly wrapped looked like a child had done this!

Very disappionted to find I have to pay another £3.99 for the delivery of the caterpillers ! Having already paid £24.99 for the 'Butterfly Farm' , which was as light as a feather .

I have to say, I was a little disappointed with what arrived. Let me clarify that. The outer packaging was good. When I opened the parcel, the boxes looked like they contained very cheap items and because I had ordered personalised items, they had been undone. However, this had ripped the boxes slightly, making it looked used and the sticky labels which keep the boxes closed was no longer sticky. The items themselves are lovely , the engraving accurate. All in all, I am happy but will give these to my God daughter not in the boxes.

The weather station looks disappointingly small sized in reality compared with the publicity. It was advertised as being suitable for a 8/9 year old but I think the recipient will be disappointed when he sees the actual age suggested on the box.

The item dimentions are shown on our website (on the product page where you ordered) but we're sorry if it appears smaller than you imagined. With regards the age recommendation for this item, we feel our recommended 8+ is suitable because of the level of science and meteorology involved and required to fully benefit from the set. Many children under 8 will not necessary fully understand the concepts involved, but of course if your child is advanced for their age then it may be a younger child would find it enjoyable.
