I had a terrible experience with AIO Market. They were extremely dishonest, constantly asking for deposits, and even restricting my account, which had over R195,000. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but they were unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I got in touch with Mrs. Faina, who took my case seriously. She helped restore my account, and I was able to withdraw everything. I’m now completely done with AIO Market and would advise others to stay away from them. Your review is for the wrong company, it's nothing to do with us! We sell children's toys..! We don't know what the AIO market is, but it's certainly not us!! I purchased the potion set for my grand daughter and it is a complete waste of money, sold very over priced. Very disappointing.

Oh my goodness, I ordered a Pyxel-a learning boot a was delivered rocks, literally rocks wrapped in dirty cloth!!!!!!. You cannot believe how terrifying and traumatic it was for my son. This is a cruel, horrible , cruel thing to do to child on Christmas Day, not to talk about being fraudulent. I need someone to get in touch with us as soon as possible. We already sent you an email. This a terrible thing to do to a child . How horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased a bundle of Dovetail Dolls House in time for Christmas. I assembled the dollhouse in November ready for the big day and unloaded the boxes of furniture, not thinking to check the boxes. I wish I had. On setting up the ‘rooms’ in the dollhouse this evening ready for Father Christmas’ arrival tomorrow morning I realised the bundle included two bathrooms and two children bedrooms instead of an adult bedroom and lounge. Absolutely livid. I realise now on your website the lounge is out of stock so think we have been dealt a quick swift con there of supplying two of something you have so as to make money. Poor. Very poor. You are a large company and my words will have little impact. I know our daughter will not notice tomorrow morning at Christmas that Father Christmas hasn’t stocked a lounge and a parent bedroom. But that’s not the point. That’s what I ordered and I am very angry. I run a business and it’s a small business and I would lose customers if I behaved how you have. I have ordered the lounge and parent bedroom furniture now from A different company and I will never purchase from you again. I hope people read this and do not order from you. I will recommend to my parent friends not to order from you and that’s all I can do for your dishonesty. Shameful. Disgraceful. Misleading.

Dear Customer, thanks for your review. The item you ordered (when you ordered on our website) was the Jemima Pull Along. I'm afraid it wasn't the item you perhaps intended to order, the Pushalong Jemima. Please refer to your Order Acknowledgement email to see this. These are different products with different product codes, and the product photos and descriptions show and explain the differences. The photo of the one you ordered shows a cord for pulling it along, and is marginally cheaper than the push along, which has a push stick. I'm sorry if you are disappointed, but you have received the item you ordered. You are very welcome to return the Jemima Pull Along either for a refund or to upgrade to the Push Along, please see our returns page or contact us and we'd be happy to help. Mulberry bush sell a toy gun that fires elastic bands. These 'toys' will be used outside despite Mulberry bush saying that customers are advised to use indoors only. Rubber bands can take up to 50 years to biodegrade, and if left around will potentially kill wildlife. THIS IS DANGEROUS TO WILDLIFE AND A KILLER. Hedgehogs get entangled in them and birds can eat them thinking they are worms. This product should not be for sale.

I brought 3 towels all with engraved names. I have bought these before and are excellent.They look good and wash very well. I also bought engraved pencils for my grandchildren for school. Brilliant no more loosing pencils.

I ordered and paid for a dolly bed from the website the picture was a wooden bed 4 wheels and 2 swan handles for £41.00 I was then informed they had put the wrong picture up on the website they were happy for me to pay more money when I explained this was my fault the item was then out of stock they have refunded me but would and did not honour nothing Absolutely disgusting I would not order from this website

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. The item you ordered was the doll's cot. Unfortunately we had the had the wrong picture on our website - we had a picture of a doll's pram, which is what you thought you were ordering. The product name and description on our website and the order acknowledgement you received said "cot" but the picture was a pram. We realised that we'd made this mistake only after you ordered so we immediately contacted you. We corrected the error on the website and made you aware of this. The item you actually wanted is not in stock and we have no promise date from our supplier. And given the two items vary considerably in price the only option available to us was to refund you, which we did immediately and in full. We explained all this to you over the phone and by email. We are sorry that we made a mistake with the product image but we have corrected this and given you an immediate and full refund. We hope you will see that there is nothing further we can do. Not made very clear that "everything you need" to grow your own butterflies doesn't actually include the caterpillars - which some would argue are the only thing you really need. I paid nearly £10 each to have 2 kits delivered on a specific day, then waiting in for an expensive netting and nothing to grow inside. Pay very careful attention to the very small print.

On the product description on the product page for this item - ie where you ordered - we state in bold text: "The Live Insect Box shown is not sent with this Kit, we supply the voucher, worth £11.99 to order the caterpillars separately, there is an extra postage charge £2.99 for this service". I'm sorry that you perhaps didn't read this, but it is unfair to describe this as "small print". The statement is in bold lettering and accurately describes what is and what isn't included with the product. "Everything you need" is indeed included, but you need to use the voucher at the best time for you to get the live insects. Again, this is explained on our website. The delivery option you selected was for our Name The Day delivery service. We offer cheaper delivery options such as our Standard Delivery option for either £3.99 or free when your order is over £75. Sorry once again that you were disappointed. We would always urge customers to read our product descriptions.

Ordered online and thought it might be American so some chance of quality. No chance it was chinese rubbish that did not work even with changed batteries. Requested a replacement in time for an event. So far no replacement, no refund, too late now anyway. Dom't bother.

Over the years we have sold hundreds of these and rarely have any problems, but we’re sorry it sounds like yours may be faulty. We received your email about this the other day and replied asking for further details – extra information we need to help us resolve this for you. As of yet we haven’t heard back from you but will of course resolve this for you just as soon as we do.

Very disappointed in Mulberry Bush, I would not recommend, at all. Ordered Le Toy Van Castle on the 11th December delivered very late with box damaged before leaving Mulberry Bush premises as Plastic cover for delivery was not damaged. The bundle of knights, horses and dragons for which I paid extra was an absolute disgrace. Plastic junk , couldn't stand the knights and horses up Equivalent to free plastic toy in a cereal packet. Customer Services this morning were abysmal. I had received an email asking me to give them to give them a review and that if I wasn't happy to contact them prior to posting a poor review

Dear Customer, thanks for your review, we are sorry you are disappointed. The tracking for your parcel shows it was delivered exactly a week after you ordered, which in the run up to Christmas was exactly what we were promising on our website. You used our free Standard Delivery service, we do offer a faster Next Day Delivery service for customers wanting quicker delivery which was available should you have wanted it. Regarding the damages, our team do not knowingly send out faulty items, but if any of the components of your castle were damaged please let us know so we can help replace them and resolve this for you. When you phoned this morning you believed that the knights were a wooden Papo set, which we explained that they weren't, but that there were as we advertise them on our website. They are certainly not equivalent to "a plastic toy you might get in a cereal packet", but we're sorry you feel that they are of poor quality. The knights set (when bought with the castle) are just £7, allowing children to have a set of knights to play with in their new castle. Again, when you phoned we explained all of this, which we feel is totally reasonable, we are sorry you consider this to be poor customer service. I've used mulberry bush before and had no issues but this time I'm beyond disappointed. I paid for next day delivery on the 15th and Our order never arrived. Parcleforce claims it's "lost " and mulberrybush is closed for business until 2nd January. This means a majority of my kids Christmas presents are lost and I've had to rush to the shops and panic order presents on Amazon on the 23rd and have no way to claim back the £250 I spent at Mulberry Bush. How can a toy shop close from 22 Dec over Xmas with no customer support?????

Dear Customer, we are so sorry it sounds like Parcelforce have lost your parcel. We were open all day Friday 22nd and we could have sent replacement items to you if you’d have contacted us sooner. Of course it is entirely Parcelforce’s fault they appear to have lost your parcel but contacting us so late gives us no time to help you. We literally had a couple of calls checking up on orders on Friday and with our couriers not accepting parcels on Saturday for pre-Christmas delivery with felt it wasn’t going to be helpful for customers for us to be open on Saturday 23rd and it would be more helpful for our staff to have a well earned break. Again, we’re sorry your parcel appears to have been lost. Please email us with all the details and we’ll investigate/refund you

We have explained to you on multiple occasions why the personalised item you received is not faulty. You may not be happy with it but the item is as advertised and is not faulty.
