“This is the second time I have ordered items and recipients have been delighted. As there were several this time with different names on each I did not find it easy online. Consequently I submitted a second order in error. I rang up and explained my mistake to a very helpful and sympathetic lady. The extra charge owning to my error has been credited to my account.
