“Initially not too happy when ordering online the screen just vanished - after paying- and I wasn't sure whether my order had gone through . However, a phone call was promptly answered and investigated and I was assured all was OK and I was sent a receipt via email The product was delivered successfully on time, both myself and the recipient received information on delivery. Apparently the gift was very well received and more than lived up to expectation- a new favourite toy! Thank you”

“An excellent buy - the farm and animals and tractor - for our two and half year old grand-daughter. She took to it straight away, especially the tractor and trailer! But with the animals, fencing, buildings and farm family there is so much potential for imaginative play as she gets older. Thank you for a beautifully produced play set, with scope for imagination.”

“Beautifully colourful, well made and packaged Dazzle the Dragon puzzle. Bought for great great nephew for Christmas; from the photos, he seems to like it! I certainly think it's a lovely quality gift. Arrived in good time despite postal strikes.”

“Arrived promptly but disappointed with the quality of the printing as some letters were incomplete. However, I was quickly offered a 50% refund as they were unable to offer a replacement in time for Christmas so happy with customer service”
