“I e mailed the company today (20/1/23) @ 2 00 pm about a broken part for a robot toy. Had a reply from Tania @ 2 43 Pm to say that she had contacted the supplier and a replacement part was on the way to my grandson. Now this is Customer Service at its very best!! Absolutely excellent company to deal with. Have no qualms about ordering from them again.”

“I was very happy with my order before Christmas. I had a phone call from you to say there was a problem with distribution in our area so I was able to get the order delivered to another area.The order was a toy for my granddaughter. Consequently it arrived before Christmas which was great.Many thanks for this and the Jack in The Box which was a great present .I will certainly be using your company again.”

“I work for Royal Mail and I saw a catalogue being returned so took a sneeky peek. I saw the spiral ball tower and thought I'd get it for my 14 month grandson. The delivery was quick, and my husband and I couldn't wait to put it together. I love it. I have a go everytime I enter my lounge!!! My grandson has yet to see it :) really pleased with everything. Thank you.”
