“I’m sure my chosen items will make wonderful gifts but unfortunately I haven’t received them yet. Due a week ago and granted there has been a postal strike but orders from other companies have arrived in the interim. An update on progress would have been appreciated.”

“I was really disappointed with the dinosaur torch projector as it is so small. I thought for the price it was not worth it. I have had to get an additional present to make it look like a decent present.”
