“My Granddaughter was very happy with the product but it took over one week to reach me, which was disappointing. Also with the item I received yet another catalogue and then another even larger one through the post ! Not terribly good for the environment !”

Dear Customer, Thanks for your review, we're glad you're happy with the product, but we apologise it took a little longer than normal to deliver to you. With regards the catalogue posting, we have checked our records and can see we've only posted one catalogue to you this autumn. “Nice quality when built. Instructions are impossible.Had to work it out ourselves.Be careful what way you attach the steering wheel. Also was offered 50% off further item but this appears to have got lost.”

Dear Customer, we are pleased to hear you think the item is excellent but sorry you are disappointed with the delivery leadtime. The item you ordered - a personalised china mug - has to be individually painted and is then fired in a kiln in the UK - before then being despatched and delivered. Because of the specific process steps involved mugs are produced in batches, which is why we advertise that customers should expect delivery within 3 weeks for these specific items (most items are of course much quicker). We would respectfully point out that your mug was delivered well within the promised 3 week leadtime for this item. But we are of course sorry you believe this is too long. We will however pass your feedback on to team that make the mugs to look for ways to reduce this leadtime in the future. Thanks again for your feedback - and we're pleased you like the mug itself! “Good service and delivery. The product was disappointing and v expensive for £28. Cheap plastic - the pencil case is really too big for little hands which may be because I didn't check dimensions - but it's just a rectangular bag with no inner compartments or zips etc. Over priced.”

“I bought 2 submarines for my grandchildren and we tried one of them when they stayed here at Christmas. They don't go very far but did submerge. One downside is that the propellers which are blue made marks on the side of the bath which I managed to remove with a cream cleaner although there were slight scratches also. The children enjoyed playing with them though!”

“The cardboard box was slightly damaged at the left hand side corner on the ‘hinge’ and the label was not stuck down on the front left hand corner. It was too late to send back before Christmas but other than that it’s a lovely item and Flora loves it!”

“I was disappointed to find that one of my items had been ticked on the invoice however there was a different item, instead of a kaleidoscope there was a car which I didn't want. I was further frustrated to find that identical items I'd purchased I found in a local grocery store less than half the price just a few days after.”

“Product came quicker than expected and came nicely packaged. However, after one hour and after my son only held the bender ruler we ordered for him his name that we had personalised for him came off. After one day of normal use at school most of the numbers rubbed off too. Ruler is now no good at all for measuring, only bending!”
