“This is the second time I have ordered items and recipients have been delighted. As there were several this time with different names on each I did not find it easy online. Consequently I submitted a second order in error. I rang up and explained my mistake to a very helpful and sympathetic lady. The extra charge owning to my error has been credited to my account. Maybe next time I will order by phone. Aleksandra Symons”

“Ordering system good, delivery quick, good packaging. I have opened all items except the actual farm building and quality and detail looks very good. Its a Christmas gift for our 3 year old grandson who loves animals, so hopefully he'll give it a good review at s later date. x”
