“Purchased a Galt Tiny Trike which on delivery had a minor issue (a manufacture's fault), I contacted Mulberry Bush who couldn't have been more helpful. The fault was quickly remedied and we're very happy with the service received. The Trike's awesome to, the third one we've had, the first being 40 years ago !”

“I have to say, I was a little disappointed with what arrived. Let me clarify that. The outer packaging was good. When I opened the parcel, the boxes looked like they contained very cheap items and because I had ordered personalised items, they had been undone. However, this had ripped the boxes slightly, making it looked used and the sticky labels which keep the boxes closed was no longer sticky. The items themselves are lovely , the engraving accurate. All in all, I am happy but will give these to my God daughter not in the boxes.”

In order to personalise items we do have to open the product boxes - but we do always try to repackage them as neatly as possible.
