“The product we received was faulty. Mulberry bush sent a replacement out immediately only for that to be faulty also. We were then very kindly offered another replacement, refund or a gift voucher. We went for a gift voucher and ordered another item which my little boy is super happy with. Thank you Mulberry Bush, great customer service 😊 We have several lovely toys from you now, gifted to us from my mum to her grandson, it's become quite a tradition.”
