“I recently ordered a ‘frog in a box’ manufactured by Galt. While the shopping experience and delivery were fine, I was disappointed with the product itself as I found at nearly £30 the item pricey for what it was, hence I have returned it. Images show the product next to a child much larger in the photos than it actually is and the frog jumping out of the box, to be much higher in the photos than in reality. Sorry as I wanted to diversify from shopping with Amazon! Also, customers pay for returns - which I understand but is a nuisance!”

Dear Customer, sorry to hear you were disappointed with this item. The product description on our website does provide the dimensions for this item, but we accept that with the lid up (as pictured) it is harder to judge the height when compared with a young child. Dear Customer, thanks for your review. When we spoke with you on Friday about your order you explained that one of the jumping farm animals was missing. To help us establish which animal it was that was missing we asked you for a photo. A replacement was then sent immediately, which we were advised would be arriving with you 2 working days later, on Tuesday. Tracking shows it was delivered on Tuesday, but delivered to your next door neighbour (at 62) because no one was in at your address. Please do check with your neighbour and let us know if we can be of any further assistance. Sorry for the inconvenience, Mulberry Bush
