Dear Customer, thanks for your review. The tracking for your parcel shows that the courier attempted delivery on 29th Sept but that you weren't in - and they say you were emailed and texted to advise that your parcel has been taken to your local Post Office. We will phone you to help work out how we can together get this sorted for you.

I thought the prices were high, some items cheaper elsewhere, I bought roly penguin which was definitely not worth the money and was returned, to be fair return and refund were dealt with quickly.

The products were delivered in a half-torn envelope and were partly damaged as a result. I paid extra for wrapping which was done in an amateurish and uncaring way. Shoddy.

I was disappointed as my grandson would have been. In the picture it looked like a lava lamp. It should have arrived back with you.

First time I have used Mulberry Bush...I wanted a specific wooden toy requested by my grandson....i cannot comment on this as it's a Christmas present.... however when placing the order I was given an offer of half price toy, through this offer I purchased kaleidoscope as a little stocking filler...it was only fit for the dustbin utter rubbish....ok it wasn't expensive but when I complained directly to Mulberry Bush Customer Service I was directed to the returns by email after spending almost £150...the kaleidoscope costing reduced price of £1.50.... I feel Customer Service failed miserably to offer any service at all .... I feel they were only interested in selling the expensive product and the fact I had issues with the kaleidoscope really didn't matter to them ...it's the principal....I won't be using them again with this attitude

Dear Customer, sorry to hear you are disappointed with your kaleidoscope. As we explained before, you are welcome to return this item but naturally, and in keeping with all shops and online stores, we will need it returning prior to refunding you for it. We have today personally tested a sample of the kaleidoscopes we have in stock and they work very well, particularly considering they are a low-priced item. The pieces of Engenius marble run did not match with the utube video of assembly instructions. Grandson very disappointed

The tomorrow control helicopter /drone toy does not work - we have a very disappointed little boy. We have an architect and very tech people in the family but charging up both sections of the toy failed. The other things are fine. Jilly Sutton

We purchased a Galt trampoline for our daughters birthday, and when we came to set it up discovered it was faulty and didn’t have the correct parts. I contacted customer services to explain, and received a patronising response that we weren’t putting it together correctly and with a link to the instruction video (my husband is a scaffolder so if anyone could assemble the trampoline it would be him). After explaining again that it was faulty and I wanted a replacement ASAP so my daughter could have a birthday present, they didn’t replace it immediately as you would expect from a company, and instead passed my comments on to Galt, and I am awaiting the response. This is not what you’d expect from a company, and the first rule of customer service is to keep your client happy, therefore I’d have expected a replacement immediately, and they should take up the issue with the Galt and deal with the matter themselves, instead of leaving me waiting. Not happy when the trampoline was £60, we paid for next day delivery, and our daughter didn’t have her present on her birthday.

I don’t usually write reviews but I was so disappointed with this. It’s very thin felt and although there are 300+ pieces they are totally pointless! There needs to be more bigger animals I’m so disappointed with it.

Non-electrical toys are generally good value for money and do what it says on their tin. Unfortunately in my experience this cannot be said of electrical toys.

Every year, I forget about how slow the delivery time is. Almost two weeks from ordering to delivery which has meant that we have had to pay almost as much as the cost of the order to have it redirected. Order WELL in advance.

Despite paying for 48 hour delivery the item took a week to arrive, I did email customer service but was simply told to wait. In the meantime other toys ordered from other companies arrived in a couple of days. The toy it's self is ok, but probably won't order from Mulberry again.

Thanks for your review. To clarify, you did not pay for a "48 hour delivery" - you paid for our standard delivery. And checking the tracking for your order, we can see it was indeed delivered within our advertised delivery leadtime. We do offer a Next Day service, which is available should you want a next day delivery on your future orders. Sorry however that you are disappointed. Best wishes, Mulberry Bush

Unfortunately, I'm unable to comment on the products I ordered from Mulberry Bush Ltd because they haven't arrived yet. I received an email a week ago saying that they had been despatched and should take 2-3 days to arrive. Today they were sitting in a Royal Mail office in Cardiff. Perhaps Mulberry should consider using different couriers.

Sorry to hear Royal Mail are taking a long time to deliver your parcel. It is certainly taking them longer than normal and it appears they've redirected your parcel to the wrong depot by mistake. Fortunately this happens very rarely with Royal Mail, they are usually very reliable. Please do contact us and we'll see if we can contact Royal Mail for you and get an update.

Told my first order had been unsuccessful so ordered again, both orders arrived but because part of my order was personalised items ,can only get a refund for part of my order. Not happy as I feel this was not my fault . Still waiting for my refund and will not order from Mulberry Bush again.
