“I have to say, I was a little disappointed with what arrived. Let me clarify that. The outer packaging was good. When I opened the parcel, the boxes looked like they contained very cheap items and because I had ordered personalised items, they had been undone. However, this had ripped the boxes slightly, making it looked used and the sticky labels which keep the boxes closed was no longer sticky. The items themselves are lovely , the engraving accurate. All in all, I am happy but will give these to my God daughter not in the boxes.”

Dear Customer, Thanks for your review, sorry to hear you were a little disappointed. In order to personalise items we do have to open the product boxes - but we do always try to repackage them as neatly as possible. “Bought the little trike for my grandson. He absolutely loved it and hated leaving it behind as he lives in Australia.
