“I've bought quite a few things from this company. The adults enjoyed playing with the spinning tops as much as my grandson. Got very competitive with lots of ooohs and ahhhs. They have all been very good quality. Postage isn't the quickest but it arrives well packaged. The most recent items are gifts and it's not quite my grandsons birthday yet, so not been played with yet.”

“I couldn't log into my account as I had forgotten my password, however, the email to reset my password never came through, even though I had tried 3 times. The product arrived promptly, however when ordering on the website, I didn't see anywhere I could use the free delivery code I was given and the transaction was completed quite quickly. However on phoning customer service, I was told they couldn't amend or cancel my order as they were closing the office in 15 minutes. I was asked to ring the following day, but before I could I noticed that my order had already been despatched. I have always had good quality items from Mulberry, but I'm not impressed with the customer service nor the way the website is handling customers.”

Dear Customer, Thanks for your review the various comments you've made. Let me reply to them one at a time: - Password recovery. Looking back over your previous orders you have always previously checked out as a Guest, meaning you didn't previously have an account. So there was no password to recover, and hence no email was sent to you. Following your comments we have made a change to our website to make this clearer to customers - thank you for drawing this to our attention. - Delivery. Good to hear your order arrived quickly. We don't currently have any free delivery codes but when there are any discount codes these can be entered in the Basket page just prior to checkout. - Interaction with our Customer Service team. Sorry to hear about the experience you had when you 'phoned. I have spoken with the team that you spoke to that evening and they have advised that they were unable to help - it wasn't they were unwilling to help. Looking at the timings of when you placed your order, it looks like you must have phoned immediately after completing payment, and at that point your order hadn't appeared in our back office system - so it wasn't there for us to look over with you. I'm sorry, we perhaps should have been clearer with how we explained this to you. Thanks again for your feedback, I hope this answers your various points Best wishes Mulberry Bush

“What a find! Good quality wooden toys. I prefer to purchase non-plastic goods for environmental reasons and am so happy with the choice on offer here. Speedy delivery and well packaged. I know some little people who will be delighted.”

“I bought some personalised colouring pencils and was very pleased with the product quality. The name printed on the pencils, a Welsh name, was accurately rendered: well done / da iawn!! The order arrived with a printed catalogue full of great ideas for kids. I will use Mulberry Bush again.”
