“Pop up animals and roll poly penguin. Not yet used but look to be good quality. 2 of the animal pegs were missing when delivered but I contacted customer services and got an immediate response. The missing items were despatched and received within a few days.”

“Parcelforce pretended they’d tried to deliver, but said no one was in and had left a card with further instructions. A) Someone was in; B) there was no card. In short, we do not believe them. Can’t comment on your product yet as it is a present still to be opened. Thank you, however. Parcelforce’s defects are not yours”

“Easy to order and pay, and I was kept update on delivery throughout. One observation is that where several items come in a variety of colours/characters, you can’t select an option - it’ll be decided by MB. I’ve bought some green handbells; they come in red and blue too. To order the red ones at a later date, I think I’d have to write and ask specifically to be sent those.”

“Beautiful doll with hair that can be styled. It's very wavy like my granddaughter's hair. In fact the Florence doll looks like my granddaughter. I paid for next day delivery and my parcel did not arrive next day which was very disappointing as I had to give her the doll the day after her birthday.”

“The product was good, the delivery not so. Also I struggled with the ordering as I could not find the font size and was worried it would arrive and be too small, thankfully it was not. I was not happy that I was asked for a review before the product had arrived and it did not arrive for another two days after the request. Thank you.”
