“I placed my first ever order with Mulberry bush and it said delivery would be in 7 days. 7 days later I notice my order has not even been shipped and when I contacted customer service I was told if I liked to pay extra money I could have it the next day. I said I didn't want to do that but just wanted to know why my order had still not left the warehouse. I then got a response you will have it tomorrow. I did indeed get the parcel the next day but with no explanation for the delay. I'm not sure how much longer my order would have taken if I had not chased it up. The good I ordered all look very nice and are for Christmas presents”

“Had issues ordering from the website which meant I needed to phone to get it fixed. Lovely lady fixed that for me. Paid for next day delivery but delivery company didn't deliver when they should have. Contacted Mulberry Bush and a different lady couldn't have been less interested. Apparently was handed over to someone else but never got any feedback. Wouldn't rush to buy from them again.”

Dear Customers, sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience. Your order was despatched on a Next Day basis but it does appear that it took two working days to arrive, for which we apologise. We have however been advising all customers ordering on a next day service to allow an extra day for delivery, due to the various issues caused by Covid, including the recent fuel & HGV driver shortages. We appreciate that this reads like a list of excuses. Most of the time Next Day orders are arriving the next working day, however these issues are genuine and are occasionally leading to delays. Apologies that this happened with your delivery. We are sorry too that you felt the women you spoke with here at Mulberry Bush wasn't interested. I can assure you, we are always interested and we have raised it with our account manager at ParcelForce. Sorry once again for the disappointing experience you had. Best wishes, Mulberry Bush

“My granddaughter loves your catalogue and always want most of the items in it. From time to time we do actually buy her something from it. The only niggle I have is the time it takes for the product to arrive after you have ordered. We are in the age of "Amazon" and taking a week to arrive does seem slow nowadays.”

“Extremely disappointed with my first purchase. The packaging was terrible, even the postman complained, as he handed it to me, that this was a regular occurrence from Mulberry Bush. it hadn’t been sellotaped down..the puzzle was half out of parcel. As for the puzzle, disappointed with the quality of the item., i am considering if to pass onto my 18 month granddaughter for whom the puzzle is for.”

“To be honest the doll was much smaller in real life and the quality, although good, didn’t seem to match the price. And it took a while to arrive. Re size it’s my fault for not checking the description. Lovely details, just think it was slightly overpriced. But I’m not used to buying dolls! I’m usually buying fire engines and tractors so maybe it’s me!!”

“Website inspiring and I particularly liked the personalised products. I gave this a 3 due to the following. I wanted to buy 4 items as a birthday gift, but they could not be wrapped together which I would have liked, only individually which was quite an expensive way to send 4 gifts. Secondly. Two items arrived at the recipients house (sent as a present) with a compliments slip but the recipient had no idea who they were from until i spoke to them on their birthday. The last two items arrived separately, i assume with my message saying happy birthday and who it was from. It’s a shame this let the company down, in my opinion.”

“Coloured crayons with name on , look very nice but the plastic pack had split, so the crayons were all jumbled up. Yes I could recommend but this issue needs sorting”

“I haven 't unpacked the gifts I ordered, so I don't yet know how well the window bird-feeder, binoculars and pocket microscope work. But I am very disappointed to see that these were all made in China, so won't be ordering from you again unless I know where an item is produced.”
