“I saw my great nieces faces painted. I asked my niece where she got these glittery face paints. She gave me your online shop address, and they arrived on the day we were face painting! I used them and the children were pleased at their colours I used.”

“No problems whatsoever with this site. All the products are exactly as described and arrived as expected. Even in December close to Christmas, my order arrived in very good time. “I paid a premium for next day delivery but the package did not arrive until the end of the third day ( not related to postal strikes as it came via courier.) Packaging and presentation poor...just a sad looking plastic bag. I bought the doll primarily as it was advertised as a " Poppy" doll and was for a little girl named Poppy but the only indication of the name was in tiny print on the label. Apart from these disappointments the doll was of adequate qualty and design.”

Dear Customer, sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery of your order. Prior to Christmas, because of the Royal Mail strikes, all other courier networks were inundated with parcels to the point where they all really struggled. The courier for your order may not have been Royal Mail but it was these strikes that caused most delays. Nevertheless, having checked the tracking for your parcel, I can see it was delivered just one day late (48hrs after despatch), and in plenty of time for Christmas. Sorry once again you were disappointed, Mulberry Bush
