“I ordered personalised pencils in a personalised box. The pencils were lovely but the personalisation on the box was patchy and disappointing. I contacted Mulberry Bush. They responded promptly and sent another box. Excellent customer service.”

“I'm sure my grandchildren will love the colouring pencils with their names on them. Although they were carefully packaged in bubble-wrapped bags, the plastic cases, containing the crayons, both had tears in them - I did some running repairs. I wonder if, given the problem with single-use plastic the company could research other alternatives? Other than this, I'm happy with my choice.”
