“The Fuzzy Felt arrived promptly and in good condition, thank you. However, I had been warned about the problem with the item so could not send it on directly as a present to my granddaughter. It took me over 2 hours of careful work to press out the shapes - impossible for a pre-schooler and a working mother does not have time for this! You need a re-think, and to punch out the shapes more firmly so that they can be easily extracted.”

Dear Customer We are sorry you are disappointed with the Fuzzy Felt set, they are very popular but they have changed the presentation during the last few years and the felt shapes are all “pop out”, rather than pre-cut. The pieces should be easy to pop out and if this is not the case perhaps you have received a faulty product? Would it be possible for you to send us a couple of photographs of the set, showing the areas of concern, and we will investigate. “yOU HAVE ASKED FOR A REVIEW, MY PURCHASES HAVE BEEN BOUGHT AS PRESENTS AND IT IS NOT CHRISTMAS YET, SO HAVE HAD NO REACTION FROM ANYONE!!!”

“I was very pleased with the service but not very happy with the carrier they used - Parcel Force who although they sent a txt to tell me when my parcel would be delivered it didn't arrive and I had to chase them and ended up collecting the parcel myself from their depot. Would like to ask Mulberry Bush not to use this service. Mulberry Bush says: "Thanks for your feedback. We have used Parcel Force for a number of years and the vast vast majority of parcels are delivered on time. Parcel Force were also ranked above most other couriers in a recent independent survey and so we continue to be confident they are the right courier service for us. However, no courier company can be 100% perfect - traffic problems, address problems etc etc unfortunately alll mean that sometimes parcels are delivered late. Very occasionally parcels have to be collected from a local depot, but this is very very rare.”

“It would be helpful if when an item is out of stock that the delivery charge could be waived or the total order value reduced for free delivery when the item is reordered when in stock again. Delivery times could be speeded up - 2 weeks is a long time between order and delivery for standard items. Otherwise excellent Mulberry Bush says: thanks for your comments. Delivery charges these days are so expensive and even with one parcel per order we do not cover the postage charges we ourselves are charged. We will however bear in mind your feedback when we next look at our postage and packing rates”
